Creativ Companys Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct includes a detailed description of the ethical guidelines and expectations we have for ourselves, but also for our business partners.
They describe how we at Creativ Company address matters such as human rights, the legislation in individual countries, corruption, the environment and our own Zero tolerance policy.
We believe that through open and regular dialogue, respect and progressive behaviour, we can ensure that our employees, suppliers and other partners take these matters as seriously as we do at Creativ Company. Our Code of Conduct is fundamental to the agreements and partnerships we enter into with external partners.
At Creativ Company, we also have our own ethical values, because we want to support equality between people, just as we want to show respect for minorities of all kinds. Every day, we do our best to follow our general ethical positions – if we feel that we are developing and marketing products and ideas that could be considered offensive, stereotyped or exclusive, then we take a step back and reconsider.
