Service Centre

By shopping with us, you're helping people who have a hard time gaining a foothold in the labour market. In our Service Centre department, we offer a special work experience course for people with physical, mental or social challenges, so that they have a chance to move forward into meaningful work.

In the Service Centre, employees perform tasks for the rest of the company, taking into account the individual's personal resources. This can be anything from packing small items to marking goods or minor repairs. Some also lend a hand to other departments – depending on resources and interest.

Our efforts have already helped many, and we are proud of that. It creates a very special workplace when we all go to work each day knowing that we have the energy and heart to help each other – while operating a healthy business at the same time.

At Creativ Company, however, we don't just help people to move onwards. We also hire a number of the people we get to know through the Service Centre. 12 percent of the employees in our Danish head office are employed under special terms, such as light-duty and flexijobs. A total of 18 percent of our employees have been or continue to be employed under special terms, of which six percent are currently employed under ordinary terms.
