Rock crystal and rocaille seed bead bracelet

Bracelet with rocaille seed beads   Measure the desired length around your wrist. Cut a suitable length of wire for the bracelet and attach the crimp bead and crimp cover. Pinch around the crimp bead with a pair of flat-nose pliers.

2   Squeeze the crimp cover around the crimp bead with the flat-nose pliers.

3   Now add beads to the wire in the pattern you wish. When this is done, attach crimp covers and crimp beads. First, squeeze the crimp bead around the wire and then squeeze the crimp cover down around the crimp bead.

4   Take an round jump ring and open it by twisting it apart as shown in the picture.

5   Guide the round jump ring through the small hole in the crimp cover. Now attach the carabiner clasp to the round jump ring.

6   Twist back the round jump ring.

7   Finish by giving the round jump ring an extra squeeze with a pair of flat-nose pliers to ensure that the parts stay in place.

Repeat the process on the other end of the bracelet, just without the carabiner.

Chain bracelet   Measure a length of chain to fit the desired length of the bracelet. Subtract the length of the crystal and cut the chain with wire cutters. Now cut the chain in half so that you have two pieces of chain.

9   First, attach the crystal to an eye pin and then attach the first piece of the chain. Now, turn the end at least one and a half turns at a distance of 2 mm from the bead, as shown in the picture.

10   Cut off the excess eye pin using a cutting nipper.

11   Open the eyelet on the eye pin and attach the last piece of chain. Now close the eye pin.

12   Take an round jump ring and open it by twisting it apart as shown in the picture.

13   Guide the round jump ring through the outermost chain link and then attach the carabiner clasp to the round jump ring. Then close the round jump ring by twisting it back into place.

14   Repeat the process on the other end of the bracelet, just without the carabiner.
