A fabric animal decorated all over with Textile Markers. It is decorated further with dots made with 3D Puff Liner which are puffed up with a heat gun.

How to do it
1. Decorate the fabric animal with neon-coloured Textile Markers and leave to dry.
2. Apply dots with the 3D Puff Liner bottle tip. Leave to dry.
3. Move the heat gun back and forth over the fabric animal at a safe distance until the Puff Liner puffs up.
