With a pad like this, you can confidently experiment with watercolours, gouache or linoleum block prints. The paper has the perfect structure to make the colours flow together beautifully — without becoming uneven or staining. While you’re painting, it's important to leave the paper in the pad – each sheet is glued to the sides to prevent the paper from wrinkling or bending when you add water. But as soon as your work is dry, you can cut out the paper on the sides. Use a knife, but cut carefully. If you’re making linoleum block prints or gel prints, simply remove the sheets from the pad and print on them individually – the thick quality of the paper results in the most beautiful prints..
