Table Decoration

1 Cut two pieces of paper; one piece measuring 12.5 x 18cm and the other piece measuring 11 x 16.5cm. Cut both pieces along the edge with a pair of edged scissors.

2 Attach the two pieces of paper onto the card using double-sided adhesive tape.

3 Attach printed text onto the card using double-sided adhesive tape.

4 Make a rondelle from paper and tulle and decorate with a button. Cut out five circles, each with a diameter of 5cm and one circle with a diameter of 4cm.

5 Fold the five circles in half.

6 Attach a Glue Dot on the edge of each folded circle.

7 Then fold in 1/3 of the half circle towards the remaining 2/3 of the circle. Do not press the edges flat. Fold the other four circles using the same procedure.

8 Attach two Glue Dots onto the back of each of the five folded circles (along the edges).

9 Attach the first of the five folded circles onto the small 4cm diameter circle; the tip pointing towards the middle of the circle.

10 Attach the remaining four assembled circles as shown.

14 Gather a piece of tulle measuring 4 x 50cm using tacking stitches.

15 Tighten the piece of gold thread to make a rondelle. Tie a knot.

16 Push the gold thread up through the middle of the paper rondelle and through a button as shown.

17 Feed the gold thread back through the holes of the button. Tie a knot on each ends of the gold thread and glue small punched out butterflies onto the ends of the gold thread.

18 Attach the rondelle with a glue gun.

19 Attach punched out butterflies onto the card with Glue Dots.
