Plus Color craft paint mixed with Cera-Mix standard plaster casting compound sticks to more or less all surfaces without pre-treatment (you don't need to sand). The colours appear matt and chalky on the surface.

How to do it

Use a mixture which sticks to non-absorbent surfaces. Wipe the painted surfaces with a damp cloth once they are dry.

Mix Cera-Mix standard plaster casting compound with paint; 10 g paint with 5 g Cera-Mix standard plaster casting compound (i.e. in the ratio 2:1).

Only mix small portions to use straight away as the working time is approx. 15 min.

Go over the painted surfaces to cover the gaps from first time round. You may have to reapply twice. Leave to dry for approx. 2 hours depending on the thickness of the applied paint & plaster mixture.
