A piece of Music Notes Card is attached to the card using double-sided adhesive card. The hearts are attached onto the card using 3D foam pads. Decorated with beaded ribbon, a flower and adhesive rhinestone half-pearls.

How to do it
1. 
Cut a piece of music notes card in the same width as the card x 7.5cm high. Attach to the card using double-sided adhesive tape.
