Knotted macramé Christmas wreath

Make your own Christmas wreath using the macramé knotting technique. Knot it around a bamboo ring with off-white macramé cord and decorate it with one of two types of berries: white knotted berries or red berries made with Silk Clay® and glitter clay. The two variants let you can use the wreath all year round.

2   Cut 6 m of cord for the wreath.

Red berries.   You can also make a bow and red berries for the wreath.

68   Roll five balls out of Silk Clay® and cut five pieces of floral wire.

69   Make a loop at the end of the wire.

70   Mould the Silk Clay® around the wire to make a ball.

71   Let the Silk Clay® ball dry on the wire for one hour. Afterwards, cover the ball with a thin layer of glitter clay. The balls now need to dry for three hours before they can be attached to the wreath.
