Glass with Frosted Paint

A candle holder is decorated with glass frost and small dots made with a Pearl Pen.

How to do it
1. Attach masking tape onto a piece of baking paper.
2. Draw a design on the masking tape and cut it out.
3. Place the cut-out masking tape onto the candle holder.
4. Dab Glass Frosted paint onto the candle holder and remove the masking tape before the glass frosted paint dries.
5. Make dots on the candle holder in a random pattern using Pearl Pens.
