Ghosts made from Iron-on Reflective Film

The ghosts are made from iron-on reflective film, attached with double-sided foil tape on hard foil. Make a hole at the top. A piece of cotton cord with a swivel clasp is attached through the hole and now the ghost reflector can be attached onto bags.

How to do it

Print the template, which is available as a separate PDF file for this idea. Copy the shape onto a sheet of hard foil using a black marker and cut them out.

Now copy each shape onto a piece of double-sided foil tape. Two of each, one being mirror-imaged.

Peel off the protective plastic from the iron-on reflective film. NB: this is on the shiny side.

Attach the paired shapes of the double-sided foil tape onto the back of the iron-on reflective film and cut out.

Attach the iron-on reflective film onto each side of the hard foil shapes using the cut-out double-sided foil tape.

Trim the edges around each ghost and make a hole at the top of each of them using revolving punch pliers. Draw facial expressions with a black permanent marker.

Attach a swivel clasp to a piece of cotton cord. Insert the opposite end of the piece of cotton cord through the hole made in the ghost. The finished ghost reflector can be attached to a bag or similar.
