Felt toadstools decorated with rocaille seed beads

1 Cut out the various parts from felt using template available as a PDF file on this page.

2 Sew together the two toadstool caps as shown in the photo.

3 Sew the cap together with the white part using buttonhole stitches. Cut an incision for the stalk in the sewn-on white piece of felt.

4 Sew the two white pieces of felt together for the stalk using buttonhole stitches. Leave the top open.

5 Fill the parts with polyester stuffing and sew the stalk together at the top.

6 Sew rocaille seed beads onto the cap as shown in the photo.

7 Sew on gills onto the underneath of the cap using gold thread.

8 Join the stalk and the cap using a glue gun.

9 Sew on a thread for hanging at the top.

10 You may make more toadstools in different sizes.
