Embossed Greeting Cards with an rustic Look

Use the Fiskars ShapeBoss embossing system for embossing a design on Color Bar paper and then sanding it. The embossed Color Bar paper is attached to a greeting card which is decorated using a Pearl Pen.

How to do it
1. 
Attach the double embossing stencil onto the Fiskars ShapeBoss embossing system. Place the Color Bar paper between the two layers.

Now use an embossing stylus to “draw” inside the holes of the embossing stencil. Let the fine tip of the stylus follow the edges of the holes.

Use a fine grain sanding sponge on the embossed design – sand lightly making the embossing appear slightly white.
