Bog & Idé wanted to attract more creative families. However, as Denmark’s leading bookshop chain, they had not previously offered DIY products in their assortment. This meant the category had to be built from scratch with products that were easy for both staff and customers to understand.
Solution

In most regions, the market for stationery and creative products has been under pressure for many years. The Dutch bookshop chain LibrisBlz wanted to revitalise the category without compromising on quality, the in-store customer experience, or the independent shops’ right to decide their own assortment.
Solution

Background
Panta Rhei is a well-established brand in Slovakia but was primarily perceived as a place to buy books. The bookshop chain therefore wanted to reposition the brand as a more creative and family-oriented retail destination. The goal was to meet the growing demand for DIY hobby kits and offline products for mindfulness and creative immersion.
Solution
Together with Creativ Company, we assembled a wide assortment of creative kits that inspired customers in-store. Visually strong packaging and well-thought-out product concepts made it possible to create eye-catching, interactive displays that stimulated both curiosity and impulse purchases. Seasonal collections also made it easy to refresh the store’s appearance throughout the year.
