Christmas rose of crêpe paper

Make your own long-lasting Christmas roses. Cut out the different parts of the Christmas rose in crepe paper according to the template and assemble them around a ball on a plant stick – attach the pieces with either a glue gun or Multi Glue. With Multi Glue the drying time is 1/2 an hour per step. Use the finished Christmas roses as a gift decoration. See how in idea: v16635.

Cut a 1–4 mm-wide fringe, making sure to leave 0.5–1 cm at the bottom. Then shape the fringes by rolling these pieces tightly together. Roll the piece between your hands until the individual tassels become thinner – you can also try twisting or bending the fringes.
