A Wedding Napkin Ring/Place Card made from a Card Heart and Satin Ribbon

This wedding place card (which also works as a napkin ring) is made from a punched-out heart and name tag which are tied around the napkin with satin ribbon. A name is printed on the name tag and cut out using the template which is available as a separate PDF file on this page.

How to do it
1 
Write the names you need on the computer and print them out. Print out the template which is available as a separate PDF file on this page. Cut out the name tags using the template. Make a hole in the name tag and the card heart using a screw punch and thread the satin ribbon through the hole. Tie the heart and the name tag around the napkin.
