How to do it

Apply a generous coat of decoupage lacquer and let it penetrate into the porous tile. Immediately apply another coat on top.

Sprinkle terrazzo flakes onto the wet decoupage lacquer. Only carefully sprinkle a single thin layer onto the wet lacquer.
