This shopping bag and drawstring bag are decorated with solid tempera wax paint sticks for fabrics using a screen stencil.

How to do it

Place a plastic pocket (or similar) inside the bag for protection, avoiding smudging.

Attach the screen stencil (it has a slightly self-adhesive back) onto the bag. Attach Masking Tape to all four corners to keep it in place. Twist the crayon from the paint stick and start painting.

Fix the design with an iron when dry. Place a piece of baking paper between the print and the iron and fix for approx. 4 min.
