A Rocking Horse with small wooden Accessories deocrated with Craft Paint, Glitter and Beads

Make your very own decorative rocking horse with glued-on small wooden accessories. All the wooden figures are painted with craft paint and decorated with glitter and beads.

How to do it
1 Paint the base of the rocking horse with craft paint.
2 Apply a coat of lacquer to the dry paint with a brush and sprinkle glitter onto the wet lacquer.
3 Apply lacquer onto small presents and the star using a brush and sprinkle glitter onto the wet lacquer.
4 Apply a coat of lacquer over the glitter on all the wooden figures when the first coat of lacquer is dry to avoid the glitter scattering.
5 Mix a small amount of Sticky Base transparent, self-hardening modelling gel with mini beads. Model a saddle and a halter with the mixture and attach to the rocking horse.
6 Measure the distance between the rockers (the two sides of the rocking horse's rockers) and cut three pieces from a large ice lolly stick to glue between the rockers (as shown in the next picture).
7 Glue the three pieces of wooden ice lolly stick onto the base of the rockers as shown in the picture using a glue gun.
8 Paint the small wooden trees with craft paint.
9 Mix Sticky Base transparent, self-hardening modelling gel with different size beads and decorate the trees with the mixture.
10 Glue small wooden accessories onto the base of the rocking horse.
