A Clip Board with Blackboard Paint and Masking Tape

This clip board is painted with two or three coats of blackboard paint, allowing it to be wiped clean. When dry, the board is decorated with glued-on buttons and masking tape. The latter is varnished to ensure optimum adhesion.

How to do it
1. 
Apply two or three coats of blackboard paint to the clip board using a foam roller.
