A Candle Holder with a punched paper Waistband

A small candle holder decorated with a waistband made from textured paper; with small holes made with a Screw Punch. A satin ribbon is tied around the edge of the candle holder at the top.

How to do it
1. 
Cut a piece of textured paper to fit the circumference of the candle holder. The height of this candle holder is 5.5cm. Cut a scalloped edge along one of the horizontal sides using Fiskars decorative edged scissors.
