A blue Greeting Card with Materials from the Happy Moments Series

The front of this hand-made greeting card from the Happy Moments series is decorated with paper and netted fabric (from a table runner). It is decorated further with a ribbon and a blue wooden flower, attached with 3D foam pads.

How to do it
1. 
Trim the paper so it is 2cm smaller all around than the front of the greeting card. Attach the paper onto the front of the greeting card using double-sided adhesive tape.

Cut a piece of the netted fabric table runner the same width as the width of the of greeting card. Adjust the heigth of the netted fabric according to your own taste. Attach with double-sided adhesive tape.
