Year 3 Needle Felt Pictures

Cut the felt to the size you wish your final picture to be. Place the felt on top of the pad. Tear tufts of carded wool from the ball and felt it onto the felt using a felting needle, pushing it several times through the felt and the wool.

How to do it
1. Cut a piece of felt to the desired size and felt the picture using carded wool and felting needles through the piece of felt. Use a felting foam pad as an underlay.
