How to do it

1
Add different looks to the eggs with dried flowers mixed with papier-mâché pulp.

2
Crush a handful of dried marigolds in a bucket.

3
Add a cup of water and mix.

4
Add 3 cups of papier-mâché pulp.

5
Mix well.

6
Cover both halves of the egg with the papier-mâché pulp. Make sure that the edge on the bottom half of the egg is not covered with papier-mâché pulp.

7
Add dried flowers to the lid whilst the papier-mâché pulp is still wet.

8
Check the lid edge to ensure it is smooth.

9
Make sure that the lid fits. Leave to dry.

10
Decorate another egg, mixing rose petals from rose buds into the papier-mâché pulp – try not to crush the petals.

11
Cover the egg, put on the lid and leave it to dry.

12
Decorate another egg, slightly crushing the petals from the rose buds and mixing them with the papier-mâché pulp.

13
Cover the egg with the papier-mâché pulp, put the lid on and leave it to dry.
