How to do it

Paint the tray with Plus Color. Use a foam stencil brush to make dots. Dab Glass Frost onto bottles and glass and make the white dots with Glass Ceramic paint. Use Glass decoupage lacquer for gluing the cake napkins onto the glass. Harden in the oven at 160 degrees for 30 min.
