Soaps with flowers inside

Make these lovely flower soaps to decorate any bathroom. The soaps are made from two different types of soap mass. The flowers are made with white soap, which is dyed in different shades, while the rest is made with clear soap mass with a delicate pale colour.

How to do it
1 Measure 3 x 15 g soap.
Add 0.05 g of pink colour to make the light pink flowers.
Add 0.4 g of colour for the dark pink flowers.
Use 15 g soap for the white flowers.
Add 0.05 g of pink colour to make the light pink flowers.
Add 0.4 g of colour for the dark pink flowers.
Use 15 g soap for the white flowers.
2 Melt the soap in the microwave for around 20 seconds. Melt one colour at a time. Allow the flowers to set in the mould for around 5 minutes, then carefully tilt them out.
3 Stir the two colours completely into the soap mass and pour into the mould.
4 Place the moulded flowers in the mould. There are 11 flowers in different designs and colours.
5 Cast the flowers with 75 g of transparent soap and 0.05 g of colour.
6 Melt the transparent soap for around 30 seconds and stir in the colour.
7 Pour the melted soap over the flowers in the mould and allow to harden. Gently press the soup out of the mould by applying light pressure on the back until it loosens.
8 Allow to set for around 1 hour and then remove from the mould.
9 Cut the soap into four pieces.
10 If the edges are slightly uneven, they can be smoothed with/under water. Allow the soap to dry.
11 If you do not have a microwave, you can melt the soap mass in a water bath in a pan.
12 Tip: If too much soap mass is poured into the mould or the soap overflows, carefully remove the excess solidified soap with a craft knife. Be careful not to cut into the mould.
