How to make a bull’s-eye pattern

Bull's eye is one of the best-known tie-dye techniques. Make a tuft in the cotton fabric and secure it with an elastic band – the fabric will not be dyed in those places covered by the elastic band. This creates a sun-like pattern when the elastic band is removed.
