Tags are cut from Decoupage Paper and glued onto Pearlescent Card. Decorative ribbon is fitted in the hole. Designs are highlighted with Gloss Gel and effects are made with a Pearl Pen.

1 Gel Gloss and Pearl Pen is easy to use for big or small designs and gives a good effect to the design on the small tags. They dry quickly – two hours for these cards - and form small semi-circular pearls on the paper when squeezing out a small drop. Make sure to shake the contents before use, so it gets a uniform consistency. Pearl Pen can also be used on textiles. When used on textiles, dry for 24 hours before washing at 30 degrees.
