These are Painted Flat Polystyrene Balls with Decorations for Hanging.

How to do it Download the templates/recipes
1. Paint the polystyrene ball with Plus Color.
2. Make dots with a Pearl Pen.
3. Cut out paper designs and glue them on. Use a glue gun for attaching ribbons and stars/hearts.
4. Thread beads onto a piece of thread, tie a knot and glue into the bottom of the ball as a pendant.
5. Choose a ribbon. Tie a knot and glue the knot onto the ball at the top. Tie a bow with another piece of ribbon.
