A Heart from Drop-Shaped Glass Beads
#v11700

1 To keep hold of the wires at the beginning, it might be a good idea to fasten them in a crimp bead. You will use approx. 85 small, 35 medium and 10 large clear drop-shaped beads and the same number of matt white glass beads.
1. Cut a piece of silver-plated wire which is twice the length of the desired icicle. Thread seven small beads onto the wire.
4. Thread small clear beads onto one wire and continue for 1/3 of the wire. Repeat with the frosted beads.
A Heart -
12. To make a heart you will need two icicles and a thick silver-plated wire measuring approx. 30cm.
Wind the two loops for hanging around each other so they become one loop for hanging.
Wind each icicle around the thick silver-plated wire, starting from the middle and outwards.
Wind the ends together at the end and now you can push down the thickest part to form a heart.
