These pixies are made from polystyrene cones, covered with decoupage paper. The arms and hair are made from pipe cleaners which are twisted/pushed onto the cone. Silk Clay is used for making the hands, the heads with pixie hats and the facial features.

Guide step 1
1.
Apply a coat of VTR glue onto the polystyrene cone and attach small pieces of decoupage paper. When the cone is covered with decoupage paper, apply another coat of VTR glue. Let it dry.
Guide step 2
2.
Model the pixie's head from Silk Clay around the top of the polystyrene cone.
Guide step 3
3.
Eyes: Roll two white and two slightly smaller black balls. Press the white balls onto the face and then the two black balls onto the white balls for pupils.
Guide step 4
4.
Use pipe cleaners for arms, legs, hair etc. Either push the pipe cleaners into the wet Silk Clay or wrap them around the pixie's body.
