Mosaics with Filler

Many wooden products are ideal for decorating with mosaics. Choose whether you want the mosaics to cover the product completely or partially and if you want to apply mosaic filler in the gaps. We recommend Clear Multi Glue Gel for gluing glass mosaics which gives you a strong bond when dry.

How to do it

Paint the wooden product with Plus Color craft paint which has an excellent opacity in areas you do not wish to cover with glass mosaic fragments and mosaic filler.

Attach the mosaic fragments using Clear Multi Glue gel. It's easy to push the round blob of the gel-like glue onto the mosaic fragments and then attaching it onto the wooden product. This gives a lasting result.

Apply mosaic filler with a glue spreader. Spread over the mosaic fragments and distribute into corners and cracks.

Scrape off the excess filler and wipe the surface with a damp sponge to remove the mosaic filler from the mosaic fragments. Leave to dry. The mosaic filler shrinks slightly during the drying process, so apply more mosaic filler. Leave to dry completely.
