Mosaics on Papier-maché

Many papier-mâché products are ideal for decorating with mosaics. Choose whether you want the mosaics to cover the product partially or completely and if you want to apply mosaic filler in the gaps. We recommend Clear Multi Glue Gel for gluing glass mosaics which gives you a strong bond when dry.

How to do it
1 Unless you want to cover the entire papier-mâché item with mosaics and apply mosaic fillers in all the gaps filled, we recommend that you paint the
papier-mâché item prior to decorating using Plus Color craft paint which has an excellent opacity.
2 Attach the mosaic fragments onto the papier-mâché item using Clear Multi Glue gel. It's easy to push the round blob of the gel-like glue onto the mosaic fragments and then attaching it onto the papier-mâché item. This gives a lasting result.
3 The mosaic tile cutter is a great tool for changing the size and shape of the mosaic fragments - especially over the curves and at the edges on the surface of the papier-mâché item.
