Layered Animals

1   Draw and cut out foam rubber circles with a diameter of min. 2cm and max. 5cm.

2   In the first foam rubber circle (the head), make a hole at the top, a hole at the bottom and a hole in the middle as well as two holes for ears.

3   Thread an elastic cord through the bottom hole.

4   Alternate between threading foam rubber circles and wooden beads onto the doubled-over piece of elastic cord.

5   In a new foam rubber circle, make a hole at the top and two holes at the bottom. Thread the doubled-over elastic cord through the hole at the top and one cord through each of the holes at the bottom. Tie a knot at each leg.

6   Thread a new piece of elastic cord through the hole in the middle of the head and thread on beads and foam rubber circles.

7   When the desired length is reached, thread the elastic cord outside the first bead and back through the next beads and foam rubber circles.

8   Tie beads in the holes for the ears.

9   Attach wiggle eyes using a glue gun.
