Fabric net with embroidery

Make an embroidered floral wreath on the coloured fabric net. The wreath consists of five different stitches and is drawn on the fabric net using a pencil.

1 Draw the motif onto the fabric and attach the motif to the bag with tape.
2 Place a piece of papier-mâché inside the bag.
3 Dot on the motif by piercing holes with a needle.
4 Then dot on the pattern with a pencil and place the dots where you want the needle to pierce the fabric.
5 Draw the wheel in the roses directly on the fabric – and make sure that all the pencil dots are clear before removing the pattern.
6 Divide the white embroidery yarn and embroider with three threads.
7 Sew the flowers using eight Mille fleur stitches, and allow room for French knots in the middle.

8 Divide the green embroidery yarn and embroider with three threads.
9 Sew a base for the loomed roses using five Mille fleur stitches, which come from the same centre.
10 Use about 20 cm for each rose and loom it around the Mille fleur stitches for six rounds.

11 Divide the embroidery yarn into French knots.
12 Sew three French knots in the middle of each flower (eight Mille fleur stitches).

13 Sew the beads on with simple embroidery thread and use a normal sewing needle that can get through the beads.
