How to do it

1
Paint the wooden animals with craft paint. You may sand them before painting them.

2
Sand the animals when the paint is completely dry as wet paint causes the wood to expand. Apply another coat of paint.

3
Cut small hats from recycled paper as illustrated and glue them together with double-sided adhesive tape. The height of the hat is 4.5 cm. Attach the hats onto the animals with a small piece of double-sided adhesive tape.

4
Fold the napkin as illustrated. Print the menu onto recycled paper and place it in the middle section of the napkin. Fold the other two sections of the napkin onto the back. Attach a paper clip with a bow onto the front for decoration.

5
Assemble the tissue paper pom-pom following the instructions included in the pack by pulling up one layer at the time. Only make one half and leave the other side flat.

6
If you are serving a buffet, you may draw the outline of a plate onto the tablecloth using a Plus Color Marker at each person's place setting.

7
Write a name on each “plate”.

8
Fill the balloons with helium. Tie a narrow satin ribbon onto the balloon. Tie the other end of the ribbon onto something heavy to prevent the balloon from flying away. For example, tie it onto the handle of the lantern containing water and eucalyptus stems.
