Creative idea

How to do it

1
Cover a 7 cm polystyrene egg with Foam Clay.

2
Print out the templates which are available as a separate PDF file for this idea. Cut out a beak, a cockscomb and feet from card, using the templates whilst the egg is drying.

3
Attach the cut-out card parts and two small polystyrene balls for the eyes using small blobs of fresh Foam Clay.

4
Make a hole downwards in the back of the hen and insert the feather into the hole.

5
Roll two small black Foam Clay balls and press them onto the eyes.

6
You can make small chicks using 5 cm polystyrene
eggs and 1.5cm diameter polystyrene balls for the eyes.
