Decorated Card Easter Chicks with Silk Clay

These Easter chicks are cut from card and decorated with Silk Clay, sequins and pom-poms. The chicks are decorated as Easter bunnies, fairies and decorative eggs.

How to do it

Print out the template which is available as a separate PDF file for this idea. Copy onto card and cut out.

Place a piece of gold thread for hanging between the chick and the egg. Glue the parts together.

Model eyes and a beak from Silk Clay and press them onto the card until they stick.

Decorate the Easter chick as a fairy by glueing on fairy wings and sequins.

Glue a pom-pom for the tail on the chick decorated as an Easter bunny.
6
Decorate the egg shells with rolled out flat Silk Clay strips, pressing them onto the egg.
