How to do it 
1
For the front and the inside of the invitation and the place card, print text on white textured paper. Trim accordingly.

Glue on the text and additional decorations with a glue stick. Attach a Masking Tape border.
3
Glue sequins onto the manilla tag and a self-adhesive rhinestone onto the sequins. Tie a ribbon onto the manilla tag and then around a folded napkin.
