Cut out from Vivi Gade Design paper using the template. Folded and glued together with double-sided adhesive tape. Decorated with a tag, a peg and striped cotton string.

How to do it 
1.
Place the template on top of the paper and draw around it. Cut out with a knife or a pair of scissors.
2.
Score along the dotted lines with a bone folder.
3.
Fold along the dotted lines.
4.
Assemble the box with double-sided adhesive tape. Cut out a piece of music notes from the sheet and attach with double-sided adhesive tape. Cut out the tag from card, tie on a piece of cotton string and attach it with a peg.
