1 "IMPORTANT: If you want to make coloured castings with resin casting mix, stir the paint into the water before pouring it into the resin. Pour the mixture into the resin and stir thoroughly until the mixture has a creamy consistency.
You can add more powder to thicken it or more water to make it creamier.
For these three castings, you will need a total of around 290 g of resin.
The mixing ratio is approx. 100 g resin casting mix to 35 g water in addition to paint. See the instructions on the bag.
Use the mixture within approx. 20 minutes after stirring because it hardens quickly.
For the oval dish, mix:
White: 75 g resin + 25 g water.
Blue: 30 g resin + 11 g water + 0.5 g paint.
For the round dish, mix:
White: 50 g resin + 18 g water.
Blue: 20 g resin + 7 g water + 0.5 g paint.
For candle holders, mix approx. 115 g of resin for the small one and 125 g for the large one.
Here, the small candle holder has been cast in a blueish colour.
Mix 115 g resin + 40 g water + 1 g paint.
Fill the candle mould and tap it lightly into the base for around 3 minutes to remove the air bubbles.
If you want two-colour candle holders, divide the resin into two and add paint to one half.
Large candle holder: 125 g resin + 44 g water + 1.5 g paint."

8 Pour some of the blue resin mixture into the mould. Make sure it does not get under the silicone decoration.
10 When the mould is full, the air bubbles need to be removed. Lift the ends and sides of the mould one at a time. Repeat for about 3 minutes so that the air bubbles rise to the surface and the colours flow together.
