These skulls are painted with Plus Color craft paint and glued onto pipe cleaner with cotton gauze draped over. The teeth and skeleton hands are made from Silk Clay and eye sockets from Foam Clay.

How to do it
1. Paint the papier-mâché skull with white Plus Color craft paint.
2. Drape pieces and strips of cotton gauze over the pipe cleaner and the skull.
3. Form skeleton hands from Silk Clay.

4. Squeeze the clay hands onto the ends of the pipe cleaner.
5. Glue on a string for hanging onto the top of the skull.
