An explosion box decorated for Valentine's Day

Decorate this red explosion box for Valentine's Day. Decorate the pockets and the card inserts with lace patterned card, glitter hearts and rub-on stickers. You may put a small present or a piece of chocolate in the gift box in the middle of the explosion box.

How to do it
1 Use a pad of lace patterned card for decorating the box. You may choose to cut out individual parts from the lace patterned card or to cut the lace patterned card straight across.
2 Cut two pieces of lace patterned card to fit the two-piece lid on the small gift box.
3 Attach the lace patterned card onto the box lid using a glue stick. Remember to use an underlay when applying the glue onto the lace patterned card.
4 Attach the self-adhesive glitter hearts on top at your chosen locations.
5 Cut pieces of card to fit the flaps on the box. Attach cut-out pieces of lace patterned card onto the card using a glue stick.
6 You may attach the entire pieces of decorated card onto the explosion box using double-sided adhesive tape.
7 Cut out the lace flowers.
8 Cut out the rub-on letters individually. Remove the protective paper from the back, place the letters onto the card and rub on with the supplied wooden stick.
9 Cut out card hearts for decorating the corners on the box using the template.
10 Glue a piece of lace patterned card onto the card heart and trim from the back following the heart shape.
11 Decorate the various card inserts in different ways. For example, write text on white card at the bottom of a card insert.
12 Attach a double heart with glitter stickers in the cut-out window of this card insert!
13 Attach lace patterned card at the bottom of this card insert and fasten it with a self-adhesive heart.
14 Here is the finished explosion box with various card inserts. You may put a small present or some chocolate in the gift box in the middle.
15 Here is the explosion box closed and fastened with ribbon and a bow.
