Description

Used as lacquer, glue or paint agent:- As lacquer, it is diluted with water, and dries up with a clear, smooth, and in part, water-resistant surface. As glue, it's a binder on almost any surface, particularly suitable for collage work.
As a painting medium, it can be added to most water-based paints, thus providing a deeper colour, better binding power and a high-gloss surface .
