The front of this Greeting card from Happy Moments is decorated with coloured paper and gold netted fabric (from a table runner). A piece of ribbon is attached across the card. A heart and a bow tied with a ribbon are attached.

How to do it
1. 
Cut a piece of paper 1cm smaller than the front of the greeting card on all sides.
