The papier-mâché horse painted with white Plus Color craft paint with glued on decoupage paper. It is then decorated with rhinestones.
Creative idea
How to do it 
1.
Paint the horse with white Plus Color craft paint.
2.
Tear or cut the decoupage paper into small pieces and glue onto the horse with decoupage lacquer.
3.
Smooth out the small creases with a finger.
4.
Paint the ears and the tail with pink Plus Color craft paint.
5.
Apply a couple of coats of decoupage lacquer to the entire horse.
6.
Attach rhinestones as decoration.
