A Necklace made from a Leather Cord with a Row of Beads on a Wire

This necklace is made from a 4mm leather cord. Each end of the leather cord is glued into an end cap. A piece of wire with threaded-on beads is secured at each end with an end cap and a bead tip. A magnetic clasp is used as a fastener.

How to do it

1. Attach a bead tip and an end cap onto one end of the wire. Squeeze the end cap flat and it will be covered by the bead tip.
2. Connect the bead tip and the end cap with a round jump ring.
3. Thread beads onto the wire.
4. Finish using the same procedure used at the beginning at the opposite end.
5. Cut two 4mm pieces of leather cord to the desired length. Glue each piece of leather cord inside the end cap on either side of the piece of wire with the threaded-on beads. Glue the other two leather cord ends inside a magnetic clasp. Leave to dry.
A TIP! Make a long necklace from one piece of leather cord and glue each end inside the end caps.
