A Magician's Hat made from a die-cut Cone

The magician's hat is made from punched-out card, in the shape of a large cone. Paint it with A-Color metallic paint before assembling. Attach a piece of elastic cord. Decorate the hat with lametta when dry and glue on punched-out painted stars.

How to do it
1. 
Paint the punched-out stars and the punched-out (but not yet assembled) cone with A-Color metallic paint. Let it dry.

Attach the stars onto the painted side of the cone using a glue gun.
