A Headset from a Hair Band with Pipe Cleaners & Polystyrene UFO's

This fun pretend headset is made from a hair band, wrapped with silver pipe cleaners. The ear cushions and the microphone top are made from painted polystyrene 'UFO's, decorated with rhinestones.

How to do it
1 Paint 3 polystyrene 'UFO's with A-Color metallic acrylic paint for ear cushions and the microphone top. Leave to dry.
2 Decorate one side of all of the painted polystyrene 'UFO's with self-adhesive rhinestones.
3 Wrap pipe cleaners around the hair band. Leave 3cm at each end.
4 Make the microphone holder from a piece of pipe cleaner, wrapped around one side of the hair band as illustrated.
5 Attach a polystyrene 'UFO' for the ear cushion on each side of the hair band using a glue gun. Attach a polystyrene 'UFO' for the top of the microphone.
