How to do it

1
Cut circles from design paper using a template. You may want to use a circle cutter if you want to make a lot of baubles. For each bauble you will need 12 circles measuring 6.5 cm in diameter

2
Fold the 12 circles in half with the same side facing outwards.

3
You may make a template from the circle, dividing one half of the circle in three. Attach power tape to the bottom and top 1/3 of the circle. Do the same on all of the circles; i.e. on the right on the dotted side and on the left on the side with the spruce motif.

4
Now assemble the parts. It's easier to assemble the dotted sides first.

5
Now assemble the sides with the spruce motif. Then assemble the two halves, each consisting of six assembled circles.

6
Attach power tape along the spine on both halves. Press firmly.

7
Before assembling the two halves, attach a piece of doubled-over cotton cord with a wooden bead (along the straight edge).
